A successful en-suite is comfortable to use even when floor space is limited. Whether you are replacing an existing shower room or considering a new one, we start with the room dimensions, drainage and the way it connects to your bedroom.
Make the room comfortable to move around
The available floor area is only part of the picture. We consider the space in front of the basin and toilet, how the bedroom and shower doors open, and where a towel or clothes can stay dry. A smaller vanity can be more useful than a large basin that blocks movement.
Think about who uses the room and when. Easy access, reachable storage and lighting for early starts often matter more than fitting in another feature.

Check plumbing and ventilation before choosing products
An existing en-suite may allow much of the layout to stay in place. Creating a new room needs a closer look at the routes for toilet and other waste pipes, floor construction, water supply and an appropriate route for ventilation. Not every proposed position is suitable.
Tell us if the bathroom is above another room, shares a wall with a bedroom or has awkward access. Any structural, electrical or building-standard requirements should be identified before the work is agreed.
Choose your en-suite fittings
Start with the shower size and entry, then choose a basin, storage, heating and wall finish that work around it. If you want a recessed shelf inside the shower wall, we check whether the wall can accommodate it before the layout is agreed.
Use the same written product list when comparing options. Include the tray, screen, valve, accessories and finishing details as well as the basin and toilet.

What changes the en-suite quotation?
Replacing an existing room differs from forming a new bathroom in part of a bedroom. New partitions, drainage routes, subfloor repairs and electrical work can affect both the work and timing.
Your proposal should state what is included and how unexpected work would be agreed. Send your postcode and tell us whether the en-suite already exists so we can discuss the right next step.
Agree Your Bathroom Quote Before Fitting
We measure the room and agree the products before fitting begins. Your quote explains the preparation, plumbing and installation work included.
Tell us if this is your only bathroom. We can discuss access during the work and how any unexpected repairs will be agreed.
